1936 IVER JOHNSON MODEL 90 ROAD RACER

This 1936 Iver Johnson Road Racer, serial # 560770 is basically the way I found it except for a new set of grips and tires. The
original Iver Johnson Ebony Black paint and single hair line striping is still in great shape on this Men's 24" "tall diamond frame"
racer. Up front is the correct chrome headtube, narrow chrome racing fork, and gold headbadge with a great patina. The racer is
resting on a beautiful set of Lobdell natural finish "high V" profile wood racing wheels laced to a matched set of 36 spoke New
Departure track hubs. Finishing off the wheelset is a great set of 28" x 1 1/8" United States Special Racer tires. A Persons "Majestic"
racing saddle, Torrington "Star" rat trap pedals, Torrington deep drop racing handlebars with forward extension, and ball end grips
add to the great vintage look of this racer. All in all, a nicely preserved example of an Iver Johnson period racer.
